WATER HIGH PRESSURE PUMPS AND VALVES.
The Danfoss High Pressure Pump Division has pioneered the development of axial piston pumps for demanding hydraulics applications in a broad range of industries. Today, Danfoss is world leader in axial piston pump technology for pumps made of stainless steel and carbon-reinforced PEEK, bringing all the advantages of positive displacement pumps to applications that require liquid at high pressure.
Pumps for Tap water applications:
With Danfoss high-pressure PAH and PAH F pumps tailored to tap water applications you will get one of the most reliable and clean solutions for your high pressure application. PAH pumps are used in water hydraulic and dust suppression applications, PAH F pump has been designed especially for fire fighting applications.
The Danfoss PAH and PAH F pumps are approved for use up to 160 barg (2,321 psig). The pumps offer a wide flow range from 1.0 to 138 l/min (0.3 to 36.5 gpm).
Pumps for Ultrapure water applications:
With Danfoss high-pressure, PAHT and PAHT G pumps you will get one of the most reliable solutions for your next high-pressure application.
In the Danfoss range of high-pressure pumps you will find pumps for even the most demanding applications within DI and ultra pure water.
Those pumps handle flows ranging from 0.7 to 354 l/min (0.2 to 93.5 gpm) and pressures up to 160 barg (2,321 psig).
Pumps for reverse Osmosis applications:
With Danfoss high-pressure APP pumps tailored to Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) applications you will get one of the most reliable and sustainable solutions for desalination. The APP pumps can be used in almost any SWRO application - land-based, offshore or marine. Mounted in containers or trains, the APP solutions can contain several pumps in parallel to secure uninterrupted and sufficient supply at any time.
The Danfoss axial piston pumps have been tested to outperform centrifugal pumps even in large plants for permeate flows up to 30,000 m3/day. The APP technology offers efficiency rates of more than 90 % to obtain the lowest life-cycle costs available.
Valves and Solenoid Valves:
VRH y VPH Range:
The relief valve is used for protecting the components of a system against overload as a result of a pressure peak.
Further, the valve is designed for controlling/limiting the system pressure by draining off the surplus water from the pressure side.
The valve is designed for tap water, i.e. without additives of any kind to the medium. (EU-drinking water directive 98/83/EC).
VDH y VDHT range:
The VDH/VDHT directional valves are used to control the flow direction in high pressure applications. The valves are available for a wide range of flows and pressures and as 2/2, 3/2 and 4/3 way valves to fit almost any application. All parts are corrosion resistant and easy to clean surfaces ans zero leakage.
